Simple, All-Inclusive Pricing

We don't believe in "nickel and diming" our owners. You won't find monthly admin fees, postage charges, or inspection costs hidden in your statement. Just one flat rate to handle everything.

  • Management: 8.8% (Inc GST) Includes all rent collection, routine inspections, and monthly administration.

  • Letting: 1 Week Rent + GST Charged only when we secure a new tenant.

  • Lease Renewal: 0.5 Week Rent + GST Charged to negotiate a rent increase and lock in your current tenant.

What We Include for Free

While other agencies charge extra for the basics, we include them in your management rate:

  • Routine Inspections (3x Year) – No charge.

  • Monthly Admin & Sundries – No charge.

  • EOFY Financial Summaries – No charge.

Tribunal Services: In the unlikely event you need representation at QCAT, we charge at cost ($99 + GST/hr), strictly with no markup.

Flat Fee Pricing: $10,000 + GST

  • Retainer ($3,300): Paid upfront to start the search.

  • Success Fee ($7,700): Paid only when the contract goes unconditional.
